…to empowering young African women in their HR careers, fostering diversity and inclusion, and contributing to the development of a new generation of global HR leaders with programming including:

Virtual Rotational Assignments:

Participants will engage in a series of virtual rotations across various HR functions within American companies, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of HR operations.

Professional Development Training: 

Participants will have access to tailored training sessions, workshops, and resources to enhance their HR skills, leadership capabilities, and cultural competence.

Mentorship & Coaching:

Each participant will be paired with both a mentor and career coach to provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the program, helping them navigate the challenges and opportunities of working in a new cultural setting.

Networking Opportunities:

The program will facilitate networking events, panel discussions, and virtual meetups to connect participants with HR professionals, industry leaders, and peers, fostering valuable relationships and expanding their professional networks.

Placement Support:
